Absolutely love the place, loved it before the makeover, theres nothing on the menu that i can put a fault with, all the staff are amazing and how it looks now is beaut, if you havent yet and are wanting to try it, get yourself down, you wont be disappointed, had the belly pork today and it was absolutely stunning.
As recently moved into the area we have been made extremely welcome by the regulars and Dean and Ashley who manage the business have been very polite and have welcomed us. The pub is under going a refurbishment which has made the place more appealing. The food is lovely and generous portions. Give the place a try.
Really good Sunday carvery, treated friends to a meal before their journey back home to Ipswich. I would recommend eating there. The landlord is really nice.
A very charming and friendly public house. We went for a Sunday lunch and were more impressed with the food. If you want food that tastes like love and thought has been put in it, just like your mother does, this is a brilliant place to go. Small , rustic and simple. A Very welcoming and enjoyable experience. Families are welcome and we'll catered for also. If you want a really nice home cooked meal with charm, this is the place to be.
Beautifully decorated, gorgeous food and reasonable prices. I struggle with big meals so love getting the pick n mix plates, the duck bon bons are to die for.
Had the special of the day, Angus steak. Every part of the meal was perfectly prepared, amazing presentation, really good food turn around time. Been here before but wanted to come a couple times before I commented and honestly? Best place to eat
Really lovely local - recently had a fabulous make over. Greeted with a warm welcome by all the staff, (who can’t do enough to help!) and served with beautiful home cooked food. Really great value - lots of choice - highly recommend a visit!
Really well prepared food, presented well, good size portions and full of flavour! Friendly staff, will definitely be going back
